In July of 2004, he received Nike's Bowerman Award, named after influential Nike co-founder Bill Bowerman by embodying his legacy of tireless motivation, innovation and inspiration.   Victoria Wright, a member of the Wampanoag Tribe of Gay Head, Aquinnah is a Senior Vice President at Merrill Lynch. She serves as the Strategic Marketing Manager for the Western Division.  Prior to joining Merrill Lynch, Victoria worked at the National Congress of American Indians and the National Indian Gaming Association.

  As the founder and publisher of the Native Voice Newspaper, Frank helps shine a light on Native American issues. He is a member of the Rosebud Sioux Tribe. The Native Voice is one of just two weekly Native American publications in the United States today.

  A nationally recognized Native American leader and spokesperson, Tex is a two-term past President of the National Congress of American Indians. A member of the North Dakota Amateur Sports Hall of Fame, he's also been the recipient of the North Dakota Indian Educator of the Year Award. Tex founded and runs the Inter-Tribal Economic Alliance.

  Ernest L. Stevens, Jr. is the Chairman and national spokesman for the National Indian Gaming Association (NIGA). From 1993 to 1999, Stevens was an elected councilman for the Oneida Nation. He is a former First Vice-President of the National Congress of American Indians. He is an enrolled member of the Oneida Nation of Wisconsin.

  Stacey Thunder is Ojibwe from the Red Lake and Lac Courte Oreilles Nations who has made a career in law and entertainment.  She serves as general counsel for the Red Lake Nation, and is an actress, producer, and the television host of the ongoing PBS weekly newsmagazine series, "Native Report".  Follow Stacey on Twitter! @staceythunder

  Jackie Blackbird is a member of the Gros-Ventre and Assiniboine tribes of the Fort Belknap Indian Reservation of Montana.  After one year of working with the Twins organization, Jackie was recruited to Nike World Headquarters.  When the North American Native Business expanded into Canada, Sam asked Jackie to take on a leadership role by building the N7 Program for the Aboriginal people.

  A graduate of the University of New Hampshire, Jack has been at Nike for 22 years serving in many capacities from Sales to Operations and everything in between. Ten years ago when he first met Sam McCracken, he was one of many who helped develop the Native American Business model from the ground up. His current role is as North American Director of Sales Operations and Technology.

  Tewanee is a member of the Squamish First Nation, and is half Maori.  He served eight years on the Squamish Nation Council and over the years has utilized his skills to work on a broad range of initiatives including First Nations federal legislation, First Nations Land Management, Communications and Governance. Tewanee served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Four Host First Nations Secretariat for the Vancouver 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games. He is proud to have worked with the Vancouver Organizing Committee and its partners to ensure unprecedented Aboriginal participation in the planning, hosting and staging of the 2010 Games.

  Mr. Pratt is an Assistant General Counsel with NIKE, Inc., the world’s leading provider of athletic footwear, apparel, equipment and accessories. Mr. Pratt serves as a lawyer and advisor to many of NIKE’s and its affiliates’ (Cole Haan, Umbro, Hurley and Converse) internal business teams. Among his various responsibilities, Mr. Pratt serves as the lead attorney for NIKE’s philanthropic endeavors, including the NIKE Foundation, Livestrong and NIKE N7, a corporate initiative to promote physical fitness, wellness and access to sport in Native American communities across North America. Prior to joining NIKE, Mr. Pratt practiced corporate law with an AmLaw 100 law firm in Washington, DC and worked in-house with a financial institution in northern Virginia.

  Jeff L. Grubbe is the Tribal Council Chairman of the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians. He has served on the Tribal Council since 2006, and prior to that, gained experience working on tribal committees and in the casino properties. As a former football player for Haskell Indian Nations University, Jeff is an avid proponent of tribal youth sports and understands the important role they can play.

  Before coming to Nike, Orson served as a Special Assistant to President Clinton as the White House Midwest Political Director. He advised the President on national and local issues with particular emphasis on the Midwest region of the country. At Nike, Orson puts that expertise to use in his role as Deputy Director of Government Affairs.
